• Account information. When you create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and email address. Signing in with Google or Facebook does not give us your password.
• Booking details. Information you enter to request a booking — your pets' names and notes, service address, phone number, dates, and any instructions you provide.

• To create and manage your account.
• To schedule, price, and fulfill the pet-care bookings you request.
• To contact you about your bookings.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We use it only to operate this service and provide the care you book. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and booking information for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email [email protected] and we will remove your information.
