Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms govern pet-care services provided by SOBO Pet Care LLC ("we", "us"), operating as South Boulder Pet Care, in South Boulder, Colorado. By requesting a booking you agree to these terms.

Bookings & confirmation

Submitting a booking through this site is a request, not a guaranteed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and send you an amount due. Final pricing is confirmed by us and may include add-ons and surcharges shown at booking (additional pets, medication, holiday, and last-minute fees).

Payment

Payment is due when your booking is confirmed, before service begins, using one of the methods in your confirmation email (PayPal, Venmo, Apple Cash, or Zelle). Your booking is held as "payment pending" until we receive it.

Cancellations & refunds

We may waive fees at our discretion (illness, emergencies, weather). To cancel or change a confirmed booking, contact us at [email protected] or 303-720-6718.

Your responsibilities

Service area & pets we accept

In-home visits and walks are offered in select South Boulder neighborhoods. Boarding is at our home; drop-off is welcome from outside the area. We are unable to care for animals weighing 50 lb or more.

Liability

We provide care in good faith and with reasonable care. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, illness, injury, or behavior beyond our reasonable control. You authorize us to seek veterinary care if needed; you are responsible for related costs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here.
